About Mikaela
Mikaela Cheslock practices labour, employment, and human rights law in RavenLaw's Kingston office. She was called to the bar in 2025 after earning her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario and a BA from Laurentian University. Before joining the firm she articled at a union-side labour law firm and worked for a healthcare union, and she has volunteered extensively in worker advocacy, including founding the Laurentian University Student Workers Advocacy Group and interning with the South African Society for Labour Law.
