About Michelle
Michelle Folinas is an associate at Tereposky & DeRose LLP who assists with international trade matters, including Canadian anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations, WTO dispute settlement, economic sanctions, public procurement, and customs matters. She completed her J.D. at the University of Ottawa, where she represented the school at the 2021-2022 John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition in WTO law, served as Co-President of the student club Elephant in the Room, and worked as a research assistant with the Centre for Law, Technology and Society. She also interned with the Senate of Canada during law school. Folinas earned her B.A. from the University of Waterloo, specializing in legal studies and business, graduating with Distinction.
