About Kyle
Kyle Lavender's practice centers on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. He advises technology companies and investors on transactions such as private equity and venture-capital financings, bought deals, mergers and acquisitions, plus share and asset sales, alongside handling day-to-day corporate matters for his clients. Kyle began at LaBarge Weinstein as a summer student back in 2011, then came back after finishing his JD at Osgoode Hall Law School to complete his articles, and was hired as an associate in 2013. He also holds a BSc from York University. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2013 and in British Columbia in 2014.
