About Michael
Michael Gemmiti grew up in Ontario and studied economics at Trent before earning his law degree from Western University. His earlier practice touched on tax, estate litigation, and insurance defence, but since joining Preszler Injury Lawyers he has focused entirely on people injured through someone else's negligence or turned away by their own insurer. He tends to motor vehicle accident claims, long-term disability claims, and slip and fall cases, and he's licensed to practice in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia.
