About Michael
Michael is a partner at MBBM Lawyers whose litigation practice centers on defending personal injury and property damage claims, alongside commercial and insurance disputes involving loss transfer, priority, accident benefits, and coverage opinions. He works closely with clients throughout each case to understand their objectives and build an evidentiary foundation suited to their strategy. Michael represents corporations, risk managers, insurers, and individuals, and also advises companies on developing protocols to reduce future litigation risk. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Provincial Court, and in private arbitrations and administrative tribunals. He earned his LLB from Queen's University in 2008 and an Honours BSc in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2004.
