About Bogdan
Bogdan Miscevic is a partner at MBBM Lawyers, where he advises insurers and corporations on complex insurance and commercial litigation matters, including accident benefits, motor-vehicle tort claims, contract disputes, and fraudulent claims. He has represented clients before various courts and tribunals, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal, along with numerous private arbitrations. Before co-founding the firm, he worked at a large multinational law firm advising international clients. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in insurance law and regularly writes and speaks on insurance topics at industry conferences. Bogdan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. He came to Canada in 2000 as a refugee from former Yugoslavia.
