About Tatianna

Tatianna MacDonald is an associate lawyer whose practice covers insurance and commercial litigation. She completed her articles at a well-known downtown Toronto insurance defence firm, gaining experience with accident benefits, motor vehicle tort claims, occupiers' liability, and coverage disputes, and has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Management in Human Resources Management from the University of New Brunswick and completed her LLB (Honours) at the University of Kent in 2021, where she worked on litigation files through the school's law clinic. Before law school, Tatianna spent over four years as a litigation law clerk handling complex insurance matters, and earlier worked in the financial industry, giving her a broad view of commercial operations that now informs her legal practice.
