About Micah

Micah Goldberg is a partner in Watson Goepel's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, with a commercial litigation practice focused on property disputes, including co-ownership disputes under the Partition of Property Act, as well as partnership, shareholder, and wrongful termination matters. He has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal. Micah earned his J.D. from the University of Victoria in 2015 and his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Toronto in 2011, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016.
