Dean P. Davison is the founder of Davison North Law and practises civil litigation, with a focus on business disputes for medium-sized local and national organizations, including matters arising from contracts, employment and human resources, and leases. He has also acted in high-net-worth estate matters and regularly appears in all levels of court in British Columbia. Dean also assists clients with reviewing administrative bodies' decisions, representing individuals, companies, and societies in municipal law matters. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Juris Doctor, is a member of the BC Bar, and holds an MBA and a Certified Fraud Examiner designation.
