About Meghan

Meghan Foley is an Associate called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2020. Her labour and employment practice covers the full employment relationship, advising employers on hiring, contracts, and terminations, and representing them before the Labour Relations Board, arbitrators, human rights tribunals, and the courts. Foley has experience helping employers navigate collective bargaining negotiations and workplace harassment investigations. She also practices in privacy and health law, acting for healthcare organizations defending malpractice and privacy claims, including privacy class actions. Foley holds a JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and two undergraduate degrees from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
