About Will
Will Brien is an Associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, focusing on construction litigation, commercial litigation, commercial real estate and medical defence, including builders' liens and contract review matters. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University along with a Certificate in Construction Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2022. He is Vice-Chair of the CBA-NS Chapter's Construction and Infrastructure section. Originally from Cape Breton, Brien founded Kommute for a Kause, a charity that offsets travel costs for Nova Scotians commuting for cancer treatment, and previously served as an Intelligence Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy Reserves.
