About Megan

Megan Carbonette is a real estate lawyer at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall advising on acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing for buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, landlords and tenants. She has closed complex commercial transactions in sectors including mixed-use, office, retail, land development, condominium and industrial properties. Carbonette was called to the bar in 2022 after completing the Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce programs at the University of Ottawa, and previously practised real estate law at a national law firm. She is fluent in both English and French.
