John has practiced real estate law for over 32 years, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate, land development, and commercial leasing, and his experience spans environmental law and specialty conveyancing and financing. He joined Bell Baker in 2019 after owning his own firm in Kanata and Almonte for over 18 years. He holds the Law Society of Ontario's Certified Specialist designation in Real Estate Law. He is originally from Quebec's Eastern Townships and graduated from the University of New Brunswick and the University of Ottawa before settling in rural Kanata.
