Construction LawMeaghan Richardson holds an Honours B.Sc. in environmental science from Queen's University (2007) and a JD from Dalhousie University (2011), and gained admission to the Ontario Bar in 2012. While in law school she completed a clerkship for judges on the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, and before joining Teplitsky LLP she headed the litigation group at another downtown Toronto firm. Her commercial litigation practice, spanning more than a decade, covers contractual, shareholder, and partnership disputes as well as professional negligence, employment, commercial leasing, and construction matters, and she manages files from motions and mediation through trial. She is noted for a practical, business-focused approach aimed at resolving disputes efficiently for her clients.
