About Meaghan

Meaghan MacMaster is a labour, employment and privacy lawyer in the firm's Saint John office, advising employers, including federally regulated employers, on their rights and responsibilities in relationships with employees and unions. She is a certified change management professional who, as a trained workplace investigator, conducts investigations into harassment and other workplace misconduct and delivers training to HR, labour relations and leadership teams. MacMaster has developed a national practice helping employers implement pay equity and pay transparency compliance programs, including committee-led pay equity plans for federally regulated employers. She previously served as Privacy Officer for a large international organization, working on contract negotiations, policy development and privacy impact assessments. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2014.
