About Jaslyn
Jaslyn Khabra is an associate lawyer and solicitor in Waterstone's Langley office, with practice areas including business law, real estate law and banking law. She advises individual and corporate clients on incorporation, buying and selling businesses, business restructuring, and contract review and drafting, and has handled commercial leasing, real estate development and residential real estate transactions. In banking law, she has acted for credit unions and borrowers on loan and security documents. Khabra earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physiology from Simon Fraser University before completing her law degree at Thompson Rivers University, and has been with Waterstone since 2019, when she was called to the bar.
