About Matthew
Matthew Leinweber practises primarily in civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals in disputes including employment matters, contract disputes and residential tenancy issues, and also assists clients with family law, wills and estates, and real estate transactions. He takes a strategic, practical approach that emphasizes efficient resolution and settlement where appropriate. Matthew grew up in Rocky Mountain House and began his undergraduate studies at Red Deer College before completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Calgary and a Juris Doctor at the University of British Columbia's Peter A. Allard School of Law. During law school he volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and completed an experiential semester at the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.
