About Oliver

Oliver Bellomi is a litigator whose practice focuses on family law, civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of British Columbia and has represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He describes himself as trauma-informed and prefers to resolve matters outside the courtroom where possible, working remotely from a home office except when running trials. He completed his undergraduate degree at Saint Peter's University on an NCAA Division 1 tennis scholarship, his law degree at the University of Edinburgh Law School, and a Master of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2024, and volunteers with the Central Alberta Community Legal Clinic.
