About Peter

Peter Osadetz is a founding member of Warren Kachur Osadetz LLP. His general litigation practice spans commercial, energy, professional liability, employment, family, and insurance matters, and he represents clients in regulatory and privacy matters under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. A significant part of his practice is focused on estate litigation, where he works with executors, beneficiaries, and claimants in estate-related disputes, along with estate planning and administration. Peter has appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Canada Transportation Agency, and the National Energy Board. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta (2010) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Lethbridge (2007).
