About Jessica

Jessica Rose is an associate at Weldon McInnis practising civil litigation, estate litigation, and corporate and commercial law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, and joined Weldon McInnis as an associate in November 2020 after articling with a local firm and working at a boutique litigation firm on the South Shore. Jessica has appeared before various superior and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and sits on the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society's Complaints Investigation Committee. She is also Managing Lawyer of PATH Legal, where she practises administrative law and leads a team advocating for incarcerated persons in Atlantic Canada.
