About David
David is a Partner on BOYNECLARKE LLP's Business Litigation team, with a practice spanning defamation, business and civil litigation, estate litigation, and media law. He represents institutional clients including major broadcasters and financial institutions, and has argued before the Supreme Court of Canada on four occasions. David received his King's Counsel appointment in 2005 and has been included in The Best Lawyers in Canada every year since 2006. He holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and chairs the Atlantic Regional Committee for the Supreme Court Advocacy Institute.
