About Eva

Eva Hyderman is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group at Cassels whose practice includes domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, informal restructuring proceedings, receiverships, and enforcement of security. She graduated from the inaugural class at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law & Justice from Algoma University.
