About Jerry

Jerry Topolski is a partner in Goodmans' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation, regulatory disputes, and intellectual property matters. He regularly counsels pharmaceutical and life sciences clients on regulatory compliance, product licensing, and market access, and often assists them in dealings with Health Canada and other regulators. His practice also extends to shareholder disputes, white collar investigations, bankruptcy proceedings, employment litigation, and construction claims, frequently spanning multiple jurisdictions. He has appeared before all levels of the Federal, Ontario, and Quebec courts. Jerry co-authored a guide on ethical considerations in pharmaceutical practice with a Federal Court justice and lectures at Osgoode Hall Law School. He also takes on pro bono work, including assisting Syrian refugee claimants and seniors targeted by illegal door-to-door marketing.
