About Mary

Mary R. Davis is a partner practising estate and civil litigation, including will challenges, power-of-attorney disputes, guardianship applications, and dependant-support claims. She is a regular contributor to LexisNexis Canada's estate-litigation materials and has authored numerous articles in the field. Before joining the firm she clerked at the Federal Court, and she earned a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honours in Law and Human Rights from Carleton University, where her legal writing was recognised with several awards. She serves as a director on the board of the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly, a community legal clinic for low-income seniors.
