About Edward

Edward Brooks is a partner who practises exclusively in estate, trust, and guardianship litigation. He articled at a leading estate-litigation firm and practised there for two years before joining Bortolussi Law Firm in 2010, and he contributed to the fifth edition of the text Probate Practice, a work courts have relied on up to the Supreme Court of Canada. He holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School (2012) and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph (2007), and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Sault Ste. Marie Lawyers' Association.
