About Heather

Heather Cross practices in commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and administration, trusts, and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial real estate, leasing, and secured lending. Before joining the firm, she practiced for several years at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Toronto, representing institutional landlords and large tenants in lease negotiations and advising on property acquisitions, financings, and land development matters. She holds dual J.D.-M.B.A. degrees from the University of Ottawa and the Telfer School of Management, and a B.A. from McGill University, and served as an editor of the Ottawa Law Review and the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law during law school. Born and raised in Montreal, she's fluent in English and French and has a working proficiency in Spanish.
