About Peter
Peter Bortolussi is the principal partner of Bortolussi Law Firm and has practised for close to two decades with an entrepreneurial, business-minded approach. His work spans business, franchise, and real estate law, and he regularly advises US and international clients at every stage of the business cycle. In real estate he acts on the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of industrial, commercial, and condominium properties, and has built a practice in golf-course development and commercial leasing for national retail and motion-picture companies. He also advises institutional lenders on commercial and residential underwriting and on mortgage remedies.
