About Mark

Mark Szepes is an experienced litigation lawyer practising in wills, estates and trusts litigation and chairs North Shore Law's Estate Litigation Group, advising executors, administrators, trustees, heirs, and beneficiaries. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and previously worked at downtown litigation firms. He completed his honours law degree at the University of Manchester in 2012 and obtained his Canadian law credentials in Ontario before relocating to BC, and was called to the BC bar in 2015. He volunteers with the CHILL Foundation and has chaired Canada Snowboard's board of directors.
