About Domenica

Domenica Moran is an associate who has practised employment law since her call to the Ontario bar in June 2020. She earned her law degree from Queen's University and helps both employees and businesses of all sizes navigate workplace issues such as wrongful dismissals, severance packages, human rights breaches, workplace policy issues, employment standards, and employment agreements. Before law school she completed an honours BA with distinction and a master's in English, both at the University of Toronto. During law school she taught an introductory Canadian law course to nearly 100 undergraduates and co-emceed Queen's Law's annual Cabaret for a Cure fundraiser, which supports cancer research. She placed second at the 2018 Walsh Family Negotiations Moot Competition.
