About Mark

Mark Charron retired from litigation practice in December 2023 after nearly 40 years of service and now offers mediation and arbitration services in Ottawa and throughout Eastern Ontario. Throughout his career, he specialized in insurance defence, municipal law, and construction law, appearing regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He successfully took an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada on an insurance matter of national significance.
