About Mark

Mark Baergen is a partner in Bishop & McKenzie's Edmonton office, practising business transactions and corporate law, commercial property leasing, commercial financing, and commercial and residential real estate. He also assists owner-operated businesses, primarily in the healthcare field, advising on professional corporation setup, practice sales and purchases, cost-sharing arrangements, and associate agreements. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction and a JD, both from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015.
