About Terrence
Terrence Kulasa obtained his law degree in 1977 and has devoted his career to civil litigation and personal injury cases, conducting more than 30 trials over his career. He is a past President of the Edmonton Bar Association, a founding member and past President of People Against Impaired Driving, and a former member of the Multidiscipline Association for the Study of Chronic Pain, on which he presented papers on brain injury, fibromyalgia and TMJ injuries. He has established several Alberta legal precedents, including the first Alberta case awarding damages for loss of housekeeping capacity (1994) and the first Alberta Court of Appeal case on advance payments to claimants who cannot afford necessities of life. He received a Best Lawyers Canada Certificate for 2022.
