About Graham
Graham Barr's practice concentrates on corporate and commercial law, leasing and residential real estate, including commercial asset and share acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations, commercial financing, shareholder agreements, tax implementation and lease review. Before articling Barr completed a Master of Laws at the University of Toronto in health law and worked as a research associate at the University of Alberta's Health Law Institute. Barr is the national chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Real Property section.
