About Blair

Blair Willie is a managing partner at Bishop & McKenzie in Edmonton. His corporate and commercial law practice focuses on commercial engagements, joint ventures, succession planning, and buying and selling businesses, and he acts for major commercial lenders in placing security for commercial loans, as well as for small and medium-sized locally based corporations. Blair serves as Vice President of Membership on the board of the Edmonton chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and is a liaison to Interlaw. He holds a BA from Concordia University of Edmonton and an LLB from the University of Alberta, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005.
