About Mark
Mark Holthe is a Canadian immigration lawyer and the founder of Holthe Immigration Law. He holds a B.A. and B.Ed. from the University of Lethbridge and an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba. He began his legal career at a large national law firm in Calgary, where he started the firm's business immigration practice, before working across several firm configurations and eventually establishing his own immigration boutique. His practice covers business immigration for multinational companies, the transition of temporary foreign workers to permanent residency, family immigration and reunification, study and work permits, and complex litigation and appeals in cross-border matters. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association's National Immigration Law Section, where he is a past National Chair, and he also belongs to the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
