About Chelsea
Chelsea Jaques is an associate lawyer practicing in immigration and refugee law. She returned to Alberta after several years in the United Kingdom and was called to the bar in 2016, having worked exclusively in immigration and refugee law since her articles. She has appeared before all levels of the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada, and her recent practice has focused on refugee claims, refugee appeals, pre-removal risk assessments, and removal cases.
