Nico Breed has over 20 years of experience as a business and immigration lawyer in Calgary, with a successful refugee law practice and experience as a court and advocacy lawyer. He works with individual and business clients on family class sponsorships, including spousal, common-law and parental sponsorships, visitor and study permit applications, and Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications. He also advises corporate clients on incorporation, purchase and sale transactions, and acquisitions. He holds a B Juris LL.B from Potchefstroom University for CHE (North West University) and an LL.M from the University of South Africa, and is admitted as a lawyer in South Africa (non-practising) and a non-practising member of the Law Society of Manitoba, alongside his membership in the Law Society of Alberta.
