Real Estate LawMark is a litigation lawyer whose practice focuses on construction disputes, builders liens, real estate and commercial disputes, debtor/creditor claims, and foreclosure matters. He regularly appears in court to enforce or dispute builders liens and advises owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals on BC's homeowner protection legislation. His real estate and commercial litigation practice also covers collapsed transactions, commercial tenancy disputes, and claims for the supply of goods and services. He earned a Bachelor of Management from Dalhousie University, a Juris Doctor from Bond University, and a Master of Laws from Georgetown University. He articled with Pushor Mitchell and has practised there since being called to the bar in 2010, having moved to Kelowna with his wife in 2008 as the third generation of his family to settle there.
