About Jeffrey

Jeffrey Nieuwenburg has been a litigation lawyer with Murphy Battista LLP since 2013, litigating complex claims involving traumatic brain injuries, psychiatric and psychological injuries, chronic pain and significant soft tissue injuries in both the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. He also works in commercial host liability, property and life insurance denials, disability benefit denials, and government and police liability matters. Jeffrey earned his JD from Bond University in 2012 and a BA in political science from the University of Victoria in 2009, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2013. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
