About Marion

Marion Jackson practices general law in Stittsville, covering real estate, wills and estates, family law, small business, and employment law. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002 after earning her law degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2000, and holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University from 1997. She moved her practice to Stittsville in 2008 after working at a firm specializing in litigation and labour and employment law. She favors alternative dispute resolution, including collaborative family law and mediation, particularly in family matters. A military family member herself, she offers a discount to military families for wills and powers of attorney, as well as discounts to real estate clients, including first-time home buyers.
