Jackson Legal Professional Corporation is a sole-practitioner law firm in Stittsville, a west-end community within the City of Ottawa. Founder Marion E. Jackson holds an Honours B.A. in Labour Studies from McMaster University (1997) and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick (2000), and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002. Marion Jackson practiced litigation and labour and employment law with another local firm before opening the Stittsville office in 2008, moving the practice closer to home.

The practice today covers real estate, wills and estate planning, family law, and corporate and commercial matters, plus notary public services such as travel consent letters. Real estate work spans freehold and condominium homes, rural and vacant land, and commercial property, along with mortgage refinancing and title matters. In family law, Jackson Legal offers mediation and collaborative family law alongside traditional representation, so a dispute over custody, support, or property doesn't have to end up in a courtroom. The firm also extends a 10 percent discount on wills and powers of attorney to military families, a reflection of founder Marion Jackson's own connection to a military family.
