About John
John is the managing partner at Bell Baker LLP. He articled with the firm before being called to the Ontario Bar in 1999. An avid proponent of alternative dispute resolution, his practice focuses primarily on family law, where he has extensive experience conducting trials, arbitrations, and all aspects of litigation. He also advises on estate litigation, other civil litigation matters, and education issues. He is a former instructor at the Bar Admission Course and has been a guest lecturer at various educational programs, and has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario as well as before various administrative tribunals.
