About Katrina
Katrina M. Anders joined her father's firm after an international academic and professional career, earning an Honours degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa in 1996, an advanced degree in International Relations from the Institut d'Études Politiques in Aix-en-Provence, France in 2000, and an MBA from the École Supérieure de Gestion in Paris in 2002. She then worked in Paris as an Investor Relations Manager for Standard & Poor's before returning to Canada in 2003 to study Common Law in the French Program at the University of Ottawa, where she represented the university at the René Cassin Human Rights Litigation Competition at the European Court of Human Rights and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ottawa Law Review. She graduated in 2006, received the Carleton County Law Association Graduation Scholarship for Academic Excellence, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007. She maintains a broad general practice covering family law, real estate, wills and estates, corporate law, and civil litigation, and has taught Torts and Wills & Estates at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. She serves as a director on several corporate boards.
