About Jeremiah

Jeremiah Kalyniak is an associate lawyer at RPB Family Law whose practice focuses on family law and wills and estates. He holds a diploma in corrections, a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Carleton University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where he was awarded the Senate Medal for Outstanding Academic Achievement and made the Dean's Honours List. During law school he was a member of the Family Division at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic and articled with two family law practitioners in Ottawa. After his call to the bar, he practised family law at a mid-sized Ottawa firm and its satellite office in Renfrew before joining RPB Family Law in 2021. Before law school, Jeremiah worked as a social worker at the Canadian Mental Health Association in Ottawa. He continues to serve clients in Renfrew County and the Ottawa area and is open to both negotiated resolutions and litigation.
