About Marie
Marie Bordeleau joined Emond Harnden as an associate in 2022 after completing her articles with the firm. She is fully bilingual and practises in all areas of labour and employment law, including privacy, human rights, and employment standards, assisting a range of federally and provincially regulated employers. She has been involved in collective bargaining, drafting workplace policies, and preparing for human rights matters and arbitration hearings. She graduated from the University of Ottawa's English Common Law Program in 2021, after completing an Honours BA with a double major in communications and music, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning a place on the Dean's Honour List throughout her studies. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the County of Carleton Law Association.
