About Brett
Brett Hynes joined Emond Harnden as an associate after completing his articles and working as a student with the firm. He has a diverse labour and employment law practice, assisting provincially and federally regulated clients in the public and private sectors with contract and policy drafting, human rights matters, collective bargaining, grievances, employment standards complaints, wrongful dismissal defence, and arbitration preparation. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Ottawa's English Common Law Program in 2024, after completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts specializing in Political Science and Global Development at Queen's University, where he made the Dean's Honours List every year of his undergraduate and legal studies.
