About Marc
Marc's practice covers corporate restructuring, financial services and private equity matters, with experience acting for debtor companies, bondholders, lenders, monitors and acquirers. He has been involved in numerous recapitalizations and reorganizations spanning domestic, cross-border and international transactions, along with the acquisitions and financings that often accompany them. Marc also advises clients on the governance considerations that arise during periods of financial distress, and provides strategic guidance on structuring corporate and lending arrangements.
