About Emma
Emma Robertson practices with Goldfinger Injury Lawyers in Toronto. She earned an Honours BA in history and European studies from the University of Toronto as a mature student, then obtained her law degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, where she served as Vice President of the Information and Technology Society. Back in Canada she completed the NCA exams and the Law Practice Program, articling as a student-at-law with a plaintiff personal injury firm in Toronto. She was called to the bar in 2023 and continues to focus on personal injury law. Emma has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal and Small Claims Court.
