About Marc

Marc Ronca practices corporate and commercial law at the firm, concentrating on private M&A work, financing transactions, and tax-oriented corporate restructurings like estate freezes. He advises a client base ranging from small businesses to national conglomerates across industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, fuel distribution, and logistics. His work also extends into commercial real estate, employment law, and wills, estates, and trusts. Marc earned a B.A. (Hons.) from McMaster University in 2010 and a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2018, and he was called to the bar in 2019. He belongs to the Hamilton Law Association and previously worked on a national financial institution's management team before attending law school.
