About Sara
A partner in the firm's Toronto office and member of the Corporate Law Group, Sara Josselyn leads Gowling's Canadian transactional risk practice focusing on private mergers and acquisitions and transactional risk insurance. She advises sellers, private equity funds and strategic acquirers on private M&A and acts as underwriting counsel to global insurance companies on representations and warranties insurance policies. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and has published numerous articles on M&A and transactional risk.
